Since 2011, DLC Holdings has acquired over 5,000 acres of global real estate in Africa, South America, and the United States. As of summer 2023, the focus is on North American productive land and agricultural operations.

Our Mission

DLC provides long term capital appreciation, current income, and an active inflation hedge through direct ownership of freehold properties. Investors gain from the financial and sustainability benefits of conservation easements and other environmental programs. We believe in growing wealth within an environmentally beneficial framework.

What We’ve Achieved

  • Acquired control of 4,000 environmentally sensitive ocean front acres in Brazil

  • Developed an environmental preservation plan - INEMA (Environmental Institute of Bahia) to preserve sensitive environmental impact areas while allowing for eco-sensitive future development

  • Acquired dormant South African macadamia assets in historically depressed economic areas

  • Created over 50 jobs for local population

  • Arranged a sale of macadamia facility to local management

  • Acquired an active blueberry plantation in Florida

  • Increased plantation by 100% achieving maximum carbon sequestration

  • Partnered with Southwest Florida Water Management District to create an environmentally sustainable irrigation system with rainwater and runoff retention and reuse

  • Achieved over 1,000 pounds per acre production on fully mature section
