DLC is raising up to CAD 6 million through the sale of new units

Each unit consists of one common share and one five year warrant

Each unit is offered at CAD 0.10

DLC will utilize proceeds of the placement to purchase and plant up to 400 acres in blueberries and macadamias. This acquisition will allow the plantation of an initial block of macadamias and an existing blueberry orchard at mature production

The acquisition will generate immediate cashflow from blueberry production and allow for the initial planting of macadamias on an existing, irrigated parcel. The expected ROI is XYZ.
